Bright White Solvent Basecoat.
This is used as a base for our ghost pearls to achieve an iridescent finish.
This is neat paint and requires reducing in a 1:1 ratio so mix this 1 litre with 1 litre reducer to make 2 litres of sprayable paint.
Apply at least 2 coats.
